The CAAC notes that a decision on this application has been made very quickly after the minimum consultation period which fell over the holiday period (and only 4 weeks after the application was registered). This prevented the CAAC submitting its representations which is highly regrettable and we fail to see why this proposal is acceptable given the previous refusal for a similar application and the objection from the Design and Conservation Team.

This prevented the CAAC submitting its representations which is highly regrettable and we fail to see why this proposal is acceptable given previous refusals for a similar applications around Hoxton Square and the clear objection from the Design and Conservation Team due to an adverse impact on the character and appearance of the conservation area.
