We do not fully understand this application and so have difficulty commenting. It would help if the whole building were shown and not just the flat. There is a shop as well as other flats in the building. The palette of materials is unclear. The materials of the part visible from Yoakley Road are not clear. Is wall 3 really meant to be permeable? How do the gabions relate? Is the art gallery intended for commercial use or is it private? In it's current form it does not appear to enhance the conservation area

No objection. We note application 2021/1743 for a rear dormer. It would have been helpful if this had been part of this application to give a better idea of the eventual rear appearance.
