The parapet height is somewhat arbitrary and should take a more direct reference to Rhojan Court by continuing it directly. Additionally the top floor should make a greater effort to step back from the terrace to create a more gradual progression of mass and height between Rohan Court and the terrace and avoid the large, two storey flank wall that will result from the proposed massing.

The Clapton CAAC has no objection to the proposal which we commend for its progression from the withdrawn scheme. It is more considered and better articulated and makes a much better attempt to address the surroundings and street scene. This will be a positive contributor to the conservation area.
