Clapton CAAC has no objection to this aplication in principle. We do not, however, know what 'self-coloured' means. We are also cautious about the 'breathability' of the proposed silicone render - particularly in the light of the recent news of the potential harmful effects of mould.

Clapton CAAC objects to this aplication on the grounds that there is no D&A statement and no materials are specified. The design itself is a great improvement on the present fascia, making use as it does of the original railway arch. The developers, however must be required to submit a proper application.
