We consider that we have insufficient information to be able to make a decision on this application. We would expect to have been given the structural engineer's report and a description of the sequencing of these works. What is the justification for only applying for planning consent to underpin between 91 and 93 Balls Pond Road when the drawing suggests underpinning of both party structures at 89/91 and 91/93?

We object to the roof light on the west facing roof which will be clearly visible from further along Englefield Road to the west and from Culford Road.

We would prefer that the proposed cycle store be positioned much nearer the house, adjacent to the existing planting by the lower level. This would lessen the impact of such a large object in the front garden and remove the need for one of the planters.

We regret the loss of retail and consider that further information is required before a decision can be made. We are concerned about the position of the kitchen door relative to the toilet door.

 

2018/2244 138 Tottenham Road N1 4DY Erection of a single storey ground floor rear extention with associated rear wall and access gate fronting onto Culford Mews. (Raymond Okot 020 8356 8080)

We regret the loss of the original brick wall facing the mews. We have no objection to the proposed extension but consider that it should be set back behind the existing boundary wall. We note that this building is part of the locally listed terrace 130 - 152 Tottenham Road, a fact that the applicant has not referred to and the wall would have been the northern boundary of De Beauvoir.
