We have no objection to the proposals, but make the following comments:-
- Conservation style rooflights should be used and replacement windows should match the existing.

We object to the proposals for the following reason:-
- It appears from the floor plans that the ground floor will not achieve adequate daylighting – the submitted Daylight and Sunlight Report should be carefully assessed.

- The glazing scheme for the rear roof dormer is ugly and contains dissonant proportions.
