Further to our comments of September 2019 we have seen the comments of architect Barbara McFarlane, a member of this group. Though her comments were made in a personal capacity we support them insofar as they affect the character and setting of the neighbouring Conservation Area and views across the reservoir.

We have no objection to the proposals.
2019/2741 263 Green Lanes N4 2UX We have installed two awnings to the frontage of the building in order to provide customers with protection from weather and objects falling from terraces above. The awnings are teal in colour with minimal branding (please see photos and plans for further details). Awnings have been installed by a reputable firm https://www.radiantblinds.co.uk to a high standard and measure as follows: Awning 1: 220cm X 293cm Awning 2: 220cm X 293cm The awnings have been affixed to the brickwork of the building.
