We object to this application because, despite the change to London stock bricks, this would still be an obtrusive and incompatible development. The roof is unnecessarily elaborate and creates a heavy finish which is compounded by the very large existing extension beneath.

We object to this application because the information provided is not correct. There is an arched window at ground floor adjacent to the front door but the drawing does not show this. There is reference to casement windows but these are not drawn on the elevations. UPVC windows are not acceptable in the Conservation Area and the Housing Association should resubmit a correctly drawn application for timber framed double glazed sash windows.

We have no objection to this application but the Planning Officer should satisfy himself that there will be no detrimental impact on the air quality of the adjacent property.

We object to this application. Two perfectly good flats are being lost to provide substandard accomodation. The shared kitchen on the second floor is too small to serve the needs of four residents and room 3 exits directly onto the shared kitchen on the first floor. This is a case of overdevelopment.

We have no objection to the revised opening hours. However we have concerns about the proposed use of space outside the building. The application refers to outdoor seating and the use of plastic glasses, however no outside space is shown on the plans. Early one evening this week there were two large tables with benches in front of the building, occupying half of the not particularly wide pavement. It may not be a planning issue but the proposed name will certainly attract attention.

No objection. However we notice that the proposed building is to be 'yellow' stock brick and we would ask that the brick should match that of the adjacent house.

We feel that it is a shame to subdivide this house. However if it is to be two flats we would prefer to have 2 x 2 bed rather than the proposed, very small, third bedroom on the first floor. The extension at the rear sits beneath the party wall but the roof lights stick up above and obscure the lower part of the windows of the main house. We would prefer to see low profile roof lights on a gentle sloping roof. We should like the applicant to take this opportunity not to pave all the front garden. The Article 4 Direction was intended to act as a discouragement to off street parking.

We object to this application. The railings as installed are not commensurate with the quality of the building. When an earlier application for this building was submitted in 2005 we understand that the question of ownership of the land now enclosed by the railings was questioned. The Planning Officer may wish to clarify the situation in this regard.
