The prolonged presence of these scaffoldings has affected residential amenity, turning an important access route for residents living on the Boundary Estate into a filty, dark and obstructed path.

For example, we do not know whether semi-permanent structures are proposed around this area or whether tables/chairs would obstruct the pavement. The design of any semi-permanent structures may impact the conservation area.
